Omelette Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- Optional fillings: cheese, ham, mushrooms, vegetables, etc.

Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Beat them well using a fork or whisk.
2. Pour in the milk and continue to whisk until everything is well combined.
3. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, making sure it spreads evenly.

6. If desired, add your choice of fillings (cheese, ham, vegetables) evenly over one side of the omelette.
7. Use a spatula to carefully fold the other side of the omelette over the filling.
