Przepis na rosół po angielsku 📖

Rosół (Chicken Soup) Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 1 whole chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 5-6 peppercorns
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Water

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, add the chicken pieces, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorns, and a pinch of salt.
2. Pour enough water to cover all the ingredients in the pot.
3. Place the pot over medium heat and bring it to a boil.
4. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
5. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and let it simmer for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
6. Remove the chicken pieces from the pot and set them aside to cool.
7. Strain the broth to remove any solids, and return the strained broth to the pot.
8. Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces and return them to the pot.
9. Add chopped parsley to the pot and season with salt, if needed.
10. Simmer the soup for another 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
11. Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chicken soup!

Note: You can also add cooked noodles or rice to the soup for a heartier version, if desired.
