Przepis na spaghetti po angielsku 📖
Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe:Ingredients:
- 300g spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 500g minced beef
- 400g canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Add the minced beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
4. Stir in the canned chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Serve the cooked spaghetti with the Bolognese sauce on top. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
