Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions:
1. Peel the potatoes and rinse them under cold water. Grate the potatoes using a box grater or a food processor.
2. Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess moisture.
3. Finely chop the onion and add it to the grated potatoes.
4. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and then add them to the potato and onion mixture. Mix well.
