Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 250ml heavy cream
- 200ml whole milk
- 150g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, blend the fresh strawberries until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the strawberry puree into the cream mixture and stir well to combine.
4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, until it is chilled.
5. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
6. Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, transfer it to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
