Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Additional butter or oil for greasing the pan
- Any desired fillings or toppings (e.g. jam, Nutella, fresh fruits, powdered sugar)

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted butter. Whisk until well blended.
3. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients while continuously whisking. Keep whisking until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
4. Let the batter rest for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Heat a non-stick skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Grease it lightly with butter or oil.
6. Pour a small ladleful of batter onto the hot pan, tilting and swirling it to spread the batter evenly and create a thin, round pancake.
7. Cook the pancake for 1-2 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
8. Once cooked, transfer the pancake to a plate and repeat the process for the rest of the batter.
9. Fill the pancakes with your desired fillings or spread them on top. You can use jam, Nutella, fresh fruits, or any other toppings.
10. Roll or fold the pancakes and serve them warm. You can also sprinkle powdered sugar on top for extra sweetness.
