Grilled cheese sandwich recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- Butter, softened
- 2-3 slices of your favorite cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)

Instructions:
1. Preheat a frying pan or skillet over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place 2 slices of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
4. Add a few cheese slices onto each bread slice in the pan.
5. Top with the remaining 2 slices of bread, butter side up.
6. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom bread is golden brown.
7. Carefully flip the sandwich using a spatula.
8. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Remove from the pan and let it cool for a minute.
10. Cut the sandwich in half diagonally, if desired, and serve hot.
