Meringues Recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup of caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 120°C (248°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a clean, dry mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.
3. Gradually add the sugar, spoonful by spoonful, while continuing to whisk until the mixture becomes glossy and forms firm peaks.
4. Gently fold in the vanilla extract.
5. Using a spoon or a piping bag, place small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each meringue.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the meringues are crisp on the outside and slightly soft on the inside.
7. Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
8. Serve the meringues as they are, or you can also top them with whipped cream and fresh fruits.
